Partner payments

Settle any Axelis partner fee here. Every amount below is the current rate before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and itemised on your receipt, and every payment is processed by Cashfree on their secure hosted page.

Partner signup, per candidate

₹4,999+ 18% GST

Refundable to the candidate if no invitation letter within 30 days of profile completion.

Partner Fee, Tier 1

₹45,000+ 18% GST

1-5 candidates per rolling 12 months. Settled per candidate on the invitation letter.

Tourist visa filing (UK)

₹10,000+ 18% GST

Filed in-house by Axelis. Government and VFS fees are charged separately by them.

MEA apostille, per document

₹1,500per document+ 18% GST

Ministry of External Affairs apostille. Enter how many documents you need apostilled.

Sworn translation, per document

₹2,500per document+ 18% GST

Certified translation by a sworn translator. Enter how many documents need translating.

₹2,500 × 1 = ₹2,500 + ₹450 GST = ₹2,950

How these payments work

Cashfree hosted checkout

Card details are entered on Cashfree's own secure page. Axelis never sees or stores them.

Per document means per document

Apostille and translation are priced per document. Enter the count and the total is calculated before you pay, never rounded or estimated.

Written receipt every time

A receipt reaches the email address you enter, and your partner manager is notified against your account.

Before you pay

  • Confirm the document count with your partner manager before paying apostille or translation, because the total is the per-document rate multiplied by that count, plus GST.
  • The candidate signup fee is refundable to the candidate if no invitation letter is issued within 30 days of profile completion.
  • The Tier 1 partner fee applies to 1 to 5 candidates per rolling 12 months. If your volume has moved you into another tier, check with your partner manager before paying.
  • Government and VFS charges on a visa filing are billed by them directly and are not included in the Axelis fee.
