EPC

Tuition-free and low-fee public universities across Europe.

Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Poland and more. The route for candidates who cannot fund UK or US tuition but can meet academic and language requirements.

Germany, without a degree or tuition

Ausbildung

Paid vocational training in Germany, under an employer contract.

A German employer takes the candidate on as a trainee, pays a monthly training wage, and they qualify in a recognised trade in two to three and a half years. No tuition at any point.

Best for

Candidates aged 18 to 32 with school completion or a diploma
Nursing, hospitality, logistics, mechatronics, IT, electronics, automotive and culinary
Families who cannot fund a degree but will support a year of language training

Opportunity Card

Germany’s points-based job-seeker visa.

Germany scores the candidate on qualification, language, experience and age. Clear the threshold and they get a one-year visa to enter Germany and find skilled work on the ground.

Graduates or candidates holding a recognised vocational qualification
Two or more years of relevant work experience
Candidates who would rather job-hunt in Germany than from India

Student services, sold à la carte

These run inside every charter, and you can also order them singly for a candidate who only needs one piece. They are student services, so they apply whether the candidate came to you for a degree, a trade or neither.

MEA apostille

Ministry of External Affairs apostille on degree certificates, marksheets, birth and police records. Handled end to end, charged per document.

Sworn translation

Certified translation by a sworn translator, which German and most European authorities require. Charged per document.

Tourist visa filing

UK tourist visa filed in house. Government and VFS charges are billed by them directly and are not part of the Axelis fee.

Language training

German and French A1 and A2 taught in house, with IELTS, PTE and TOEFL preparation. B1 and B2 arranged through partner institutes. Priced per session, not bundled.

APS and credential recognition

APS certificate applications and ZAB recognition reports for candidates whose qualifications need formal German recognition.

Blocked account and insurance

Sperrkonto setup through Fintiba or Expatrio, wire coordination, and the confirmation letter VFS requires.

Rates for these are on the partner payments page. Language training is priced per session and is never bundled into a charter fee.

Every university, employer and authority exchange runs through an Axelis-controlled address created for that candidate, so nothing is lost across personal inboxes and nothing can be disputed later.

A locked status tracker

You see every application, its stage and its deadline, at any time. Status is not something you have to chase us for.

A shared WhatsApp group per candidate

You, the candidate and the Axelis counsellor in one place. Full visibility of what is being said and promised.

You set your own retail

Axelis quotes you a wholesale cost. What you charge the candidate is your commercial decision, and we do not undercut you direct.

Honest rejections

If a profile will not clear a visa or a points threshold, we say so at assessment rather than after the candidate has paid. A refused candidate costs you more than a declined one.

Candidate data and correspondence

For Ausbildung and Chancenkarte, all candidate records, employer correspondence and authority filings are held and controlled by Axelis. The dedicated application email is created and operated by us, and its credentials are not shared with the partner or the candidate. This protects the file from tampering and gives us a clean audit trail if an employer or a mission queries anything later.

Transparency is delivered through the status tracker and the shared WhatsApp group instead, so you can see everything without anyone being able to alter the record.
